The real secret to our success lies in our outstanding staff. The camp maintains a low camper - staff ratio and CGI staff remain consistently involved in every aspect of the camp and its programs. All CGI counselors have prior camp experience. The camp is directed by experienced educators known for their professionalism and ability to motivate, excite and connect with children. Our counselors are chosen for their personal warmth, enthusiasm and ability to understand and care for each child as an individual. Our counselors provide campers with enriching summer experiences, ensuring that each child receives special personal attention and guidance at all times.  Each counselor is a role model for our children, promising them friendships that will last forever. Their love for the children is perhaps surpassed only by the children's' love for them.
